She was predeceased by: her parents, Jewell Burns and Iona Shirley Burns; her former husband W. J. "Dub" McDoniel; her husband Jack Moss; and her brothers, Sam Burns and Bill Burns.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry McDoniel (Nina) of Bartlett, Tennessee, Judy Smith (Carlos) of Batesville and Joyce Taylor (Randy) of Batesville; and her brother Bob Burns (Madeline) of Batesville. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and twenty-one great-great-grandchildren.
