She was predeceased by: her parents, Monroe McClure and Isabelle McClure (Milligan); her husband Charles Akins, Jr.; her granddaughters, Alyssa Holcombe and Jen Treadway; and her siblings, Melvin McClure, Edna Smith, Floy Garner, Sarah Magness, Nelson McClure, Roberta Morrison, Johnny McClure and Lorene Magness.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Treadway (Tommy) of Magness, Beverly Roberts (Gary) of Magness and Linda Holcombe (Greg) of Newark; her grandchildren, Chad Treadway (Gayle), Harmony Hiller (Josh), Shandy Ingles (Steven), Scott Treadway (Priscilla), Mandy Pratt (Roger), Charlie Bridgeman (Josh) and Cody Murphree (Kodi); and her caregivers, Brenda Markum and Becky Altom. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; several nieces and nephews.
