She is survived by: her sons, James Paul Moore (Lou Ella) of Topeka and David Moore (Angie) of Magazine, Arkansas; her brother Billy Cummings of Magazine, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Cody Moore (Nikki), Rebel Womack (Billy) and Shelly Moore; and her great grandchildren, Luke Milo and Bonnie Joe.
