He is survived by: his wife Anna Williams; his daughters, Lyndsie, Paige of Midland, Zailey and Liberty of Fort Smith; his parents, Terri Peterson (Kenny) of Huntington and Roy Champion Jay, Jr. of Sterling, Oklahoma; his grandmother Peggy McNeil of Magazine; and his siblings, Ray Newman (Tabitha) of Tallahassee, Florida, Chynthia Williams of Oklahoma and Natasha Hice (Colby) of Fort Smith. He is also survived by brothers, sisters, nephews and nieces.
