He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Henry Allen and Ouida Bond Allen; his daughter Constance Allen; and his brothers, Theo Allen and Ulysses Allen.
He is survived by: his children, Craig Allen of Olive Branch, MS, Timothy Pamplin of Nashville, TN, Ouida Cunningham of Marion, AR and Rhonda Meabon of Forrest City, AR; and his brother Clifford Allen of Bryant, AR. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 5 great grand-children and many other relatives and friends.
