He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Lewis and Billie Jean Workman. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Workman (Norman); and his siblings, Vickie Lynch, Bonnie Brewer, Terry Workman, Gary Workman and Sheri Eades. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the New Hope Nazarene Church (5519 Atwood Rd, Little Rock, AR 72206).
