She was predeceased by: her parents, Ramon A. Horinek and Mary Louise Podhajsky (Dinnel); and her brother Richard L. Horinek. She is survived by: her siblings, Teri (John), Kathryn, Michael (Suzanne) and Loretta (Bill). She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, Ramona's favorite charity.
