It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ralph Cooper of Mabelvale, Arkansas, born in West Helena, Arkansas, who passed away on December 30, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Seymore; and his brother Perry Ross Cooper. He is survived by: his mother Rosetta Childers Cooper; and his sister Pam Huelsman. He is also survived by two nieces and two nephews.
