He was predeceased by: his siblings, Wanda Butler and June Warford. He is survived by: his wife Joy Grimes Ramsey; his children, Dewanna Meazell, Larry Paul Ramsey, Dallas Fairchild IV and Connie Fairchild; and his sister Pauline Brown of Benton.
