She is survived by: her husband James Nowlin; her children, Carla Hughes (Stephen), Michael Nowlin (Sherri) and Billy Nowlin (Whitney); her adoptive son Dale Byrd; and her sister Marilyn Rixse. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; as well as many beloved nieces, nephews.
