He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy E. Harkins and Alma Faye Jester Harkins; and his brother Lewis Harkins. He is survived by: his children, Robert Anthony Harkins of Haskell and Rachel Harkins Smith of Little Rock. He is also survived by six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
