She is survived by: her children, David Carl Smith of Mabelvale, Gary Vance Smith of Arkadelphia and Shadow Smith Pippin; her grandchildren, Darwin, Amanda Jo, David Shayne, Shannah, Michelle, Alexa and Deanna; and her great grandchildren, Caila Marie, Brittney, Michael, Autumn, Natalie, Alexa, Korben, Brooklyn and Jaxon.
