She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Benoit and Thelma Benoit; her husband Bud Evans; and her brother Robert Theriot. She is survived by: her children, Robert "Bobby" Self (Toni), Alice May (Rick) and Terry Curtis; her grandchildren, LeeAnn Newman, Samantha Hess, Michael Curtis, Justin Curtis and Dilan May; and her close friends, Keith Lertpenmaeta and Lloyd Rushing. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
