He was predeceased by: his parents, John Greenlee of Daggett and Ruby Boyd Greenlee Temple of Ward, Arkansas.; his grandparents, Willie Estelle and Forrest Boyd of Jacksonville; his children, Cherie Lynn Greenlee and James Charles Greenlee, Jr.; and his sister Susi Greenlee Holmes of Texas.

He is survived by: his daughter Karen Estelle Greenlee; and his sisters, Elizabeth Temple James and Janie Greenlee.
