He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald E Garland and Della Garland (Riche); his wife Peggy; and his brothers, David, Michael and Jerry.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Garland (Brenda) of Sault Ste, Deborah Garland, Mike Garland of Arkansas and Carole Garland of Tennessee; and his brother Kenny Garland of Arkansas. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great granddaughter.
