He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Zimmerman and Anna Elizabeth "Annie" Hamling Zimmerman; his wife Rose Mary Zimmerman; and his son Ronald Zimmerman. He is survived by: his sons, Ken (Julie) of Mabelvale, Mark (Linda) of Greenwood, Tony (Kim) of Alexander, Tim (Teresa), Joe (Deana) of Hackett and John (Shara) of Broken Bow, Oklahoma..
