It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edith Irene Hill (Mabelvale, Arkansas), born in England, Arkansas, who passed away on May 1, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Russell and Lear Russell; her husband Bobby C. Hill, Sr.; her son Bobby C. Hill, Jr.; and her siblings, Pete, Charles, Alex Russell, Loraine Cheatham, Jeanette Clem, Sum McCurdy and Charlotte Hunt.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles A. Hill (Joyce) and Jimmy C. Hill (Marsha); her daughter-in-law Sharon Hill; her sisters, Mary Love, Carolyn Ballentine, Pat Johnson and Peggy King; and her close friends, Marilyn Barnes and Sue Wray. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
