She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Bell and Curtis Reed Westlake; her husband Clyde "Lucky" Dennis; her children, Becky Jean Dennis and Dennis Dennis; and her siblings, Pauline Miller, Ruby Inez Lockhart, Wilma Perry, Ruth Metcalf, Patricia Westlake, Louise Edmondson, Curtis "Bud" Westlake Jr. and James Westlake.
She is survived by: her sister Mary Rose Jessup; her daughter Kimberly Dismuke; and her grandchildren, Leah Carter, Lindsey McFadin, Zachary McFadin (Chelsea) and Presley Dismuke. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
