She was predeceased by: her father William Curtis Hudson (Sy); her husband Neal Cook Sr.; her mother Cora Marie Hudson; her son Larry Wayne Cook; and her sister Patsy J. Fox.
She is survived by: her children, Neal Cook Jr., Kellie Embree (Rod) and Stormy Cook (Jacob Suter); her grandchildren, Felicia Milligan (Chris), Bradly Cook and Joie Embree; and her sister Cora Marie Halverson. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
