She is survived by: her husband Stephen Tustison Jr.; her daughter Stephanie Purvis (Shara); her grandson Jonathan Purvis; her son-in-law Joseph Purvis; her siblings, Evelyn Smith (Steven), Richard Hendricks and Alan Hendricks; and her siblings-in-law, Joseph Tustison (Virginia) and Barbara Alexander. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
