He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Morris and Minzie Morris; his siblings, Benny Morris and Joyce Williams; and his nephew Leon Long.
He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Long, Betty Sanders (Mike), Jessie Morris (Sherry), Judy Morris, Freda Hirby (Ralph), Billy Morris (Tonya) and Lisa Calhoun (Tom); and his nieces, Kerry Jenkins (Anthony), Jessica Pritchard, Sarah Egan and Kasdy Shelton (John). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
