She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Barrett and Mary Patricia Allen Barrett; and her grandparents, Emanuel and Dorothy Allen. She is survived by: her children, Theresa Landers (Philip) of Cave City, Randy Evans (Michelle) of Lynn and Nick Evans (Renee) of Lynn; her brother Richard "Monnie" Barrett (Beth) of Rockford; her grandchildren, Tamara Harris (Cody), Benjamin Landers, Colman Evans (Jessica), Madison Holland (Patrick), Makayla Evans and Peyton Evans; her great grandchildren, Zane Harris, Owen Harris, Graham Harris, Cole Evans and Whitley; her stepgrandchildren, Makayla Rainey (Chris) and Haydan Callahan; and her niece Katie Barrett.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation in Patsy's memory.
