He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Penn and Syble Casper Penn; his siblings, Brenda Penn and Greg Penn; his brother-in-law Boyce Durham; his nephews, JonDavid Penn and Jimmy Terry Durham; his stepgrandson Troy Cannon; and his great-nephew Justin Durham.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Penn; his children, Denise Cannon (John) of Strawberry and Jeff Penn (Melinda) of Mountain Home; his siblings, Martha Durham of Smithville, Gary Penn (Rose) of Lynn and David Penn (Dana) of Hoxie; his grandchildren, Bryan Luther, Ashley Engles (Corey) and Whitney Plumlee (Matt); his great grandchildren, Zoe Luther, Gretchen Luther, Dawson Engles, Graci Engles and Paitlyn Plumlee; and his great great grandchild Brantley Luther.
