She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Earl D. Halleck and Leona M. Hochstedler; her sister Charlotte Bolling; her former husband James W. VanEpps; her grandchildren, Kelsea Lynn and Kenneth Lewis Woodward; her children, Kevin Woodward and Lynnette Van Epps-Smith; and her nieces and nephews, Britta Carter (Bolling), Scott LaBoda, Michael, Terri, Lisa, Bradley, Jason and Matthew.
After a few years down south, the Midwest called again and they moved to Rice Lake, Wisconsin, where Edwin lost his battle with Alzheimer's in 2005.
