He was predeceased by: his parents, Whitman Mitchell and Ola Mae Mitchell (Hemphill); and his brother Sammy Ray Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Ronda Sue Adkison; his son Brandon; his grandchild Brooke; his sisters, Barbara Ann and Mary Alice; his grandchildren, Bailey, Abby and Whit; his daughter Brooke; and his grandchild Wrigley.
