She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edward and Mary Reed Grubbs; and her siblings, William Buddy Grubbs, Peggy Kelly and Betty Hutcherson.
She is survived by: her husband James R. Tacker of Luxora; her son Hezekiah Tacker of Luxora; her sister Retha Turner of Blytheville; and her grandchildren, Clay Kent of Luxora, Hezekiah Tacker, Jr. of Dyess and Kayla Tacker of Manila.
