He is survived by: his children, Timothy Kelley (Ginger) of Luxora, Arkansas and Helen Parker (Joshua) of Manila, Arkansas; his siblings, Franklin Kelley of Lepanto, Joe Kelley (Rita) of Kentucky, Richard Kelley (Patty) of Missouri, Glenn Kelley (Aletha) of Tennessee, Robert Kelley (Jeanette) of Missouri, Jackie Kelley (Ann) of Leachville, Sharon Reed (Jimmie) of Manila and Marie Rustin of Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Kaleb Childress, Hannah Carlton, Easton Parker, Bryson Kelley, Kase Kelley, Darian Walker and Kinsley Jewell Childress. He is also survived by his family, especially his grandchildren and great granddaughter.
