He is survived by: his wife Patricia Watkins of Luxora; his children, Charles Watkins II (Jenny) of Luxora, Vanessa Godsey (James) and Faye Franklin of Luxora; his grandchildren, Adena Franks (Josh), Cassie Franklin, Randy Franklin (Haley), Charles Watkins III, Cameron Watkins, Corbin Watkins, Kristen Easley (Wes), James Godsey (Morgan) and Chase Godsey; his great grandchildren, James Hice, Jr., Jaxon Franks, Joslin Franks, Chris Franks, Jaminson Franks, Blayke Franks, Willow Franks, Brycen Beatty, Kai Franklin, Caden Watkins, Carleigh Watkins, Corie Watkins, Winston Easley, Emma Easley, Waylon Godsey, Liam Dumas and Hudson Collard; and his nephews, Jackie Fountain, JP Watkins and Sammy Watkins (Lisa Riggs).
