She was predeceased by: her parents, John L Goins and Ora Thorne Goins; her husband William Buryl Dunlap; her children, Phyllis Dunlap Hankins, Buryl Keith Dunlap and Paul Hancock; and her siblings, Lenora Redfern (Bonnie), Dorene Sivley, Clermon, Bud and Bill Cody Goins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry D. Hancock of Fort Worth, TX and Theresa Bowles of Rogers, AR. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
