Mullins in Lowell, Arkansas, born in Clawson, Michigan, who passed away on October 15, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton B Mullins and Laura Mullins (Stanley); and his siblings, Harold, Dale, Lowell and June.

He is survived by: his wife Brenda Mullins (Alford) of Rogers; his children, Marcus Mullins (Danita) of Springdale, Kevin Mullins of California, Brent Mullins of California, Devan Mullins (Alisa) of California and Dawn Johnston (Jerry) of Pennsylvania; his stepdaughters, Rebecca Herber (Mark) of Colorado and Amelia Mabry (Spence) of Berryville; and his brothers, Rob Mullins (Joan) and Dennis Mullins (Karen). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
