She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Eillen, Ralph Chappell Sr. and Laveda Anthony; and her uncle Ralph Chappell Jr.. She is survived by: her parent Jolynn Anthony of David City, Nebraska; her son Simon Ezra Chappell; her father Ronald Chappell; her parent-in-law Courtney Chappell of Lowell; her siblings, Matthew Anthony of Belleview, Molly Anthony of Des Moines, Alexis of Lowell, Arkansas, Brandon of Lowell, Arkansas and Jordin Sara Chappell of Lowell, Arkansas; her cousin Nora Hudson of Lincoln, Nebraska; her grandmother Janet Heidegger of Carmi, Illinois; and her aunts and uncles, Sarah Heidegger of Carmi, Tammy Painer (Jim) of Henry, Jamie Hamilton of Evergreen Park, Illinois, Christina Ramos of Evergreen Park, Illinois, Raymond Chappell of Mountain Home, Steven Tiggelaar of Evergreen Park, Illinois and Elaine Mulvaney (Gary) of North Platt. She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Benton County Memorial Park Chapel (3800 W Walnut St, Rogers, AR 72757). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
