He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Wayne and Esther Marie Holloway (Hazen). He is survived by: his wife Linda Carithers Holloway; his daughter Shawna Madewell (Dustin); his grandson Seth Madewell; and his siblings, Terry Holloway (Maria), Cheryl Pegram (Bill) and Kenneth Holloway (Marsha).
