She is survived by: her children, Michael Lewis of Eureka Springs, Ivan Futosi, Geraldine Whiting (Nancy Lewis) of Rogers Arkansas and Argentina; and her grandchildren, Sofia Ayelen Diz Lewis, Francisco Nicolas Helfrich, María, Angeles Helfrich, Bianca Isabella Futosi, Joaquin Futosi, Fiona Lewis, Felix Lewis, Cala Lewis and Zoe Ann Whiting.
