She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Watkins and Lucy Kilpatrick-Watkins; her husband Charley Elsey; and her siblings, Silvester Watkins, Dean Watkins and Wanda Miller.
She is survived by: her daughters, Evelyn Richards (Bill) of Lowell and Belva Barnett of Fayetteville; her siblings, Alma Boyd, Imogene Ogden, Martha Hollaway and Carmen Watkins; her grandchildren, Debbie Moppin (Jerry), Tammy Elsey, Tony Elsey (Lahoma) and Sam Elsey; her great grandchildren, Andrea Carter (Bruce), Jennifer Bailey, Ericka Boivin (Tyler), Coty Elsey (Shelby) and James Vickery (Misty); and her great great grandchildren, Alexia Daniel Bailey, Logan Bailey, Hunter Carter, Nevaeh Boivin, Dakota Elsey and Timber Elsey. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and many friends.
