Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Charlotte Ann Harp of Lowell, Arkansas, born in Springdale, Arkansas, who passed away at the age of 82, on June 21, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nadine Dorsett and Calvin Dorsett; and her children, Kimi Harp Blythe and Jerry Harp. She is survived by: her daughters, Jackie Harp and Timi Ray (Frank Ray); her grandchildren, Kourtney Blythe, Frankie Ray (Kayla), Tiffani Ray, John G. Ray and Kate Williams (John); and her great grandchildren, Parker, Haley, Kim, Haiden, Hazel Jase, Emery, Nyla and Olivia.
