He is survived by: his pet Koco; his wife Marla Glasgow; his daughter Amber Atwood (Tim); his brothers, David Andrews (Tammy), Ron Philp, Dennis Andrews (Roxanne) and Bob Philp (Vicki); his grandsons, Hunter Phifer (Vivian) and Tanner Phifer; his stepgranddaughters, Megan Bolin and Heather Atwood; and his great grandchildren, Abby Bolin, Peyton Bolin and Easton Bolin.
