We are sad to announce that on August 20, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Barbara Ann Rivers of Lowell, Arkansas, born in Colt, Arkansas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace N Rich and Helen Margaret West Rich; her husband John E. Rivers, Jr.; and her brother Charlie Rich. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Carol Rivers of Lowell; her sister Libby Rich-Armstrong of Forest City; and her close friend Roxanne Birchfield of Bella Vista. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and dear friends.
