He was predeceased by: his parents, Benny Franklin and Louise Shannon Franklin; his parents-in-law, Robert and Mary Wilkins; and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Wilkins Sweatman and Bobbi Wilkins Adams.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Wilkins Franklin; his grandchildren, Jon Franklin, Jr. of California, Madison Franklin (Hey Good Looking), Baylee Franklin (Sunshine) of Louann, Kayla Henry Curtis (Chris) of Louann and Steven Henry Jr. (Kristin) of Camden; and his siblings, Tony Franklin (Karla) of Fort Smith, AR and Delorse Franklin Raush (Rickey) of El Dorado, AR. He is also survived by sons and daughters-in-law.
