He was predeceased by: his father Andrew Fred Faulkner. He is survived by: his wife Donna Faulkner; his daughter Michelle Doolin (Bobby); his granddaughter Anna; and his siblings, Andra McKnight, Donna Breazeale and James Faulkner. He is also survived by many extended family and many friends.
