He is survived by: his wife Rose Mary Womack; his children, Russell Womack (Stacy) of Springhill, AR and Gina Zeigler (John) of Smackover, AR.; his grandchildren, Sarah Allison (Wes), Justin Zeigler, Joshua Zeigler, Guy Womack (Corrine) and Addie Womack; his great grandchildren, Hunter and Kasson Myers; and his brothers, Clyde Womack (Barbara), Jerry Womack and Talmadge Womack.
