He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Harper and Ruby Benson Harper; and his siblings, Larry Harper, Sonny Harper and Jeanell Rogers.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Harper; his daughter Tammy Kelley (Tony) of Louann, AR; his granddaughters, Kara Burson of Springdale, AR and Rikki Holloway of Louann, AR; his stepgrandchildren, Lexie Kelley and Lane Kelley (Brooklyn); his sisters, Nelda Calley of Chidester, AR and Rhonda Robertson (Richard) of Chidester, AR; and his close friends, Bucky Wright, Clay Murphy and Kenny Shackleford. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
