He was predeceased by: his father Cecil Rash. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Billsland (Dave); his daughters, Mandy Lee and Ashley Blockburger (Jacob); his siblings, Tim Rash (Karen), Roddy Rash (Denise), Kevin Rash (Terah), Jeff Rash (Dana), Rhonda Parker (Ron), Karen Robinson (Stan) and Cheryl Ward (Roger); and his grandchildren, Taylor, Easton, Mallen, Bug, Kinsley, Karsyn, Violet and Pearl. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
