He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sluppick and Helen Sluppick; and his brothers, Bobby and Ronnie Sluppick. He is survived by: his wife Anne; his children, Amy-Lynn Rhine and John Rappleyea (Andrea); his siblings, Tom Sluppick (Judy), Susie White, Theresa Sluppick, Mary Robbins (Mike), Linda Hutter (Roger) and Patty Calaway (Donn); and his friend Lonny Blanchard.
