He is survived by: his wife Bevie Capps of Lonsdale; his daughters-in-law, Andrew Capps III (Heather), Tim Smith (Megan) and Mark Smith Jr.; his siblings, Johnny Capps of Oklahoma, Tommy Capps of Haskell, Bernice Trent of Oklahoma and Helen Taylor of Benton; and his grandchildren, Kobe Capps, Zoey Smith, Lexie Capps, Wyatt Capps and Eli Smith.
