He is survived by: his children, Walton Summers II (Penny), Lisa Summers and Catherine Summers; his grandchildren, Walton Summers III (Amber), Stacey Sims, Cody Sims (Rebecca) and William Summers (Katie); and his great grandchildren, Jaddan, Ivory, Makenzie, Landon, Addalynn, Emma, Hayden and Izabella. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended friends.
In lieu of flowers make donations in his honor to the Jacksonville Military Museum or Options Pregnancy Center.
