He is survived by: his daughters, Karrie Page (Marty), Kym Warren (Bill) and Katie McArdle (Paul); his grandchildren, Jordan, Breanna Korzen, Kylie, Josh Warren, Brodie Underwood (Justin), Kinley Turner and Blake Lopez; and his brothers, Donald Samples (Audrey), Eddie Samples (Brenda) and Danny Samples. He is also survived by many family members and friends.
