She was predeceased by: her mother Louise Mowrer; and her brother Bobby Mowrer. She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, Ricky High (Candice) and Teresa Butler (James); her father James Mowrer; her brother Jeff Mowrer (Earline); and her grandchildren, Brooke Butler, Skye Butler and Jackson "JB" High. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
