He is survived by: his wife Earlene Lewis of Lonoke, AR; his children, Roy Don Lewis (Gina) of Lonoke, Arkansas, Lori Evans (Ronnie) of Lonoke, Arkansas, Jerry Lewis of Lonoke, Arkansas and Timmy Lewis of Lonoke, Arkansas; his sisters, Suzy St (Robert) and Geraldine Love of Alexander, AR; his grandchildren, Kaleena, Toni, Dwayne, Glenn, Kristina, Alyssa, Bubba, Jessy and Josie; and his great grandchildren, Gabe, Sawyer, Kinsley, Silas, Hunter, Eli, Addie Mae and Savannah. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
