He was predeceased by: his parents, Olan Vonnie Lewis Clark and Cecial Ann Hensley Clark; and his siblings, Ann Clark McGaugh and Larry David Clark. He is survived by: his siblings, Vonnie O. Clark (Gracie) of Woodlawn, Ellen Clark Culbreath (late Tommy) of Bryant and Jackie Harrel Clark (Kathy) of Montana. He is also survived by four nieces and four nephews.
