With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Earl Calhoun Sr. of Lonoke, Arkansas, who passed away on January 4, 2023 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Calhoun and Earnesteen Roberson (Dodson); and his siblings, George Roberson Jr., Leonard Roberson, Floyd Dean Calhoun, Edgar Bernard Calhoun, CeCill Roberson and Marsha Ann Calhoun.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Vera Bickerstaff of Little Rock, AR; his children, Preston, Eric (Janine), Kendrick, Antika (Victor), Akilah, Robert II, Malinka and Randall; and his siblings, Beverly Brown, Bernestine Mays, Patricia Roberson, Norma Faye Calhoun, Florence Jean Rigmaiden, Ruby Joyce Calhoun and Sharon Louise Calhoun. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, close relatives, fraternity brothers, and friends.
